Some of those proposals I would agree with, but I still believe if there ever actually was a "Convention of States" it would turn into a "run-away" convention. Who knows what could happen. Yes, they may agree to just those 4 proposals at first, but being politicians, albeit state rather than federal, there is the strong possibility that deals would be made, calendars revised, and any type of mischief be created.
Questions: Who would attend the convention and in what number? I would think it would be based on the number of representatives. That would result in basically a tie. So, probably nothing accomplished.
A very interesting topic though.
