COL Mikel J. Burroughs Been re-writing my history everyday. Never satisfied and have lots of goals to achieve before hanging them up. I wish I would have focused on my career earlier and not just the job and others. Would I change it? No and to be honest i would not know how to do it any other way. Always excited to end one page and find out what the next one holds. Great Thursday thoughts. Wishing you and yours well going into the weekend.

I pray that those grieving and who will soon be grieving are held in YOUR comforting arms while grief is worked through to conclusion. Help us to lean on YOU in good and bad times. Help each of us to encourage those we are responsible for by familial, friendship or work-relationships. Help us to be good listeners and give us wisdom and compassion to advise and comfort.
I pray that each night we will communicate with love and without malice and that we will not go to bed while angry. Help us to confess and repent and to begin each day anew and resolve to do better. Help us to be good stewards of our time, talents and treasure.
