So much of what transpires is based on our attitudes. We can see things as obstacles or opportunities. We can stop our forward movement or find ways to go around or over them. Even the worst can be turned into an opportunity for growth. Just ask the plants that are fed manure and end up bigger and stronger than before. What in your life can be turned into an opportunity for internal growth?

Growth and Pain do not have to be painful...If we pay attention to learning opportunities every day, we learn something every day. It may not appear like much but over time all that little learning adds up to a lot of learning and as we learn, we grow as individuals. And as we grow, we change without, sometimes, not even knowing it. I am not the same person I was last year or five years ago, I am a better, healthier, happier and more fulfilled person facing today and tomorrow with purpose!
