Good Tuesday afternoon, my friend and sister-in-Christ Sgt Deborah Cornatzer.
Heavenly Father, YOU are perfect and are never challenged in any meaningful way. I pray that YOU bless each of YOUR adopted children with wisdom as we consider accepting or initiating a challenge.
Guide us oh LORD as YOU lead us across the fields, by the gentle streams, mountaintops and dark gorges of our lives. Help us discern which obstacles we should overcome, which we should bypass and which we should request help for. As parents and leaders, I pray that YOU make it clear to us which obstacles we should assist our children in overcoming.
1. I pray that YOU will give us the endurance to enable each of our children to learn from their own experiences.
2. Similarly, as leaders, I pray that YOU enable us to lead when we should, train as required and each of our subordinates and allow them to exercise initiative in training.
LORD, I pray that YOU bless as we interact with our spouse. Help us to support our spouse with compassion, love and respect and encouragement in accepting challenges. Give us grace as we discern to dissuade from accepting a challenge. Help us to be sensitive to the heart of our loved one. Give us ears to hear and eyes to see and a heart sensitive to YOU at all times.
By the power and authority of the Name above all names, Jesus the Christ.

Greatness is what happens when you aren't afraid to push yourself to tear down all walls of limitations. I think if people realized the output generally equals the input they would do better for themselves. So many wait for things to come to them without truly putting forth any effort. Nothing worth having comes easy and being outside your comfort zone is the true beginning for most.
