What is reality? Lots of philosophical discussion about that but I believe that you have to use what you see, hear and observe to be a starting point for whatever it is you want to accomplish. Wishing you were elsewhere or in the company of someone other than you are isn't helpful. Figure out what's really going on and start from there. Where are you now and where do you want to be? That difference is the work in front of you whether it is personal, professional or spiritual.
