Here in Sterling, Virginia at 0306 Romeo time it is 52 degrees with 100% humidity and 8 MPH winds from the east with steady rains.

Hey I've been there done that with ND winters. Kind of chuckle when I recall scraping snow off our herb garden on Mother's Day so that it could start growing again.
