I may have to start carrying around the pond, due to a couple of copperheads. Torn between .38 rat shot or shotgun. Hate to buy another shotgun just to have a .410, and .12 is a waste of a shell. .16s are too scarce and pricy. Until you get bit I guess. 870 and hacksaw maybe. Fit in bag easy. Still have military chest holster for .45 but that's too much. Lantern carbide and water with quick twist of pint jar lid works too.

I picked up a used .410 last year for under 100 bucks. It rides in my Gator.

That's funny "don't beat me up" - ha ha. SIG 365 is my CCW - along with the Glock 43. A good holster is ESSENTIAL - as is a GOOD BELT. Thanks Chief!

SIG P365 is also one of my choices. Glock 19 depending on how I am dressed !
