Based on this the impeachment will be full steam ahead. Again, I doubt his supporters will care, they will find some way to justify it. But at this point the POTUS needs to be impeached, even if he isn't convicted in the Senate. A message needs to be sent to all future executives that this is not acceptable.

So, he asked for a favor.... to look into Crowdstrike and then VP Biden's involvement.... and you think this is impeachable...... I mean, it's not like we haven't heard about this for the last couple of weeks. And if anything, it should be looked into.

1SG (Join to see) Firstncoumes the hearingsband then the vote since in a impeachmentnthr house acts as a Grand Jury. Why would they have a vote before the hearing? That is not how impeachment or Grand Juries work.

1stSgt Nelson Kerr - by my count, there have been five such votes so far, none of which had much in the way of investigation prior. All of them failed miserably, most recently on July 16th on a 95-362 vote. There were members of Congress calling for impeachment before Trump even took office.
But perhaps this is inevitable. I wonder how Congress will pass any legislation, if this sucks up all the oxygen in the room. I can't help but notice that there is not a budget for the FY that starts in five days.
