As many of us know the Korean War never really ended PO1 Tony Holland. The Armistice signed in the summer of 1953 by two 3-star generals was a temporary armistice which was to be finalized at a later date. Many have died in the interim.
I certainly hope that this time North Korea will recognize they need to come to the negotiating table with hat in hand an sue for peace.

We should just keep kicking the can down the road until we have multiple nuclear threats threatening the US and then think about setting up a Blue Ribbon Congressional panel of experts to talk about a response.
