So, according to this article, the accused has not been adjudicated guilty.
(He is to appear in court on December 5th.)
And an American is innocent until proven guilty.
If acquitted, does this many times decorated man and a retired sergeant major get his job back at West Point?

Agreed, innocent until proven guilty, however, the nature of the charges are telling in and of themselves, and you simply cannot have someone whose reputation is tarnished like this leading America's future officers, particularly in a position whose primary function is the enforcement of good order and discipline, and meting out punishment for the highest levels of infraction while a cadet.

LTC (Join to see) - Hi Jim. So it would seem that anyone could drum up allegations about someone else in an attempt to tarnish her/his reputation. And we all know that organizations, including West Point, have "politics" where one can retaliate against another.
