When the pipers play

Although the great Highland Bagpipe is an ancient instrument, it has earned a special place in the modern world. 'When the Pipers Play' the sound touches the past, recalling images of the great conflicts of the twentieth century when millions died. The song also reminds us of the sacrifices being made around the world by peace-keepers, whether at home or abroad.
