Data is surprisingly easy to manipulate, especially in a Communist dictatorship. No, Cuba is not a paradise for anyone and their healthcare is particularly bad not good. BTW, I spoke with a doctor who didn't get into medical school here and went there to train. 1950s medicine in early 2000. Took a year just to learn about all the new advances and technology when he got back here.
