Will Demo Delegates Dump Biden?

The notion that Michelle Obama could run as a last-minute substitute is interesting. She has no delegates, and there is no method currently defined in the Democrat-Socialist Party for a candidate to "pass on" their delegates to a successor. Maybe their anti-democratic Democrat-Socialist "super delegates" can be manipulated in some unusual way to nominate someone else. It's very ironic that the party which most seeks concentration of central government power refers to itself as "Democratic".

I know the DNC is corrupt and will do whatever it wants, never mind its so-called rules. And the "super delegates" can act as a kind of dictatorship and essentially override what the majority of the Democrat-Socialist delegates want to do. But this could be a disaster for them if Biden insists on running as the polls increasingly turn against him.
