"The Workers Defeat the UAW in Alabama"
Right now most of those workers are in the best jobs they've ever had, and they're scared of messing it up. It will take time, but eventually the Union will be those plants. After the "New" wears off, the company is going to do something that incites animosity in the workers. The UAW will be there to capitalize on it. And, Mercedes like VW is accustomed to working with a union.
