I lovingly remember when I could get gas for .29 cents a gallon.

Yikes. And to think my Dad gave me five bucks back in 1969, and said: "Take Debbie to a movie, put three gallons in the tank, and with the rest of the five dollars treat her to DQ.
It was a different time.
