They're going for any gun that can be fired more than once after a reload. this new bill will be challenged in court and CO will lose. Why do the states continue to waste money on their last causes.

Because they are forcing the gun groups to spend huge amounts of money to defend our rights rather than putting more into youth programs and general education.

Simply put; because liberalism/communism sees private gun ownership as the last holdup to them exercising complete control over our every move.
