STILL DEALING WITH SHINGLES, LIMPING A LITTLE BUT STILL MOVING.
YESTERDAY DID SOME WORK AROUND THE GARAGE:
What a day staying busy out doing chores and cleaning the garage out making room for my Cadillac XT4 Me and my PreciousWife Davis Neice . Getting ready for mulching with 50 bags, top soil.and sand. Had to change the battery on Black Beauty-Ford Explorer 2005 also.

I had shingles when I was younger, maybe 14 or so. I really did feel your pain. Mine was at my belt line from the middle of my back to my zipper. Wore gym pants like some gangbanger, just didn't have underwear underneath?

CPT Lawrence Cable thanks for sharing, I have been vaccinated I got the Shingles shot in May/September 2023. However due to my compromised immune system taking heart rejection medicine my immune system is weak. I was studying for my Contracting Warrant from December to February and got stressed out and it broke me out. Had to go to the hospital from 1-5 March. Just dealing with the after effects.
