3 previous presidents’s actions resulted in the deportation or the voluntary return of illegal immigrants back over the border, mostly to free up jobs for American citizens during unusual times in our country, ie during the Great Depression when conditions were extreme and citizens were literally begging, and also when American men returned home from war needing work. Many online articles available suspiciously make the presidents out to be bigoted white men against “brown skinned people”; however, the focus of the presidents’ actions were to help American citizens first during dire times and to stem illegal immigration.

In our day and age, it’s a safe bet that if acts of terrorism and crime exploded (or disease) as a result of Biden’s open southern border, or another Depression hits our soil, the next President would be forced by desperate Americans to do something about the mammoth influx of non-vetted immigrants allowed in during the Biden administration. And we haven’t even experienced the full ramifications of the open border yet.

Well... First things first. "Wipeout" has the connotation of kill or exterminate. If that is your meaning, he won't.

Second, I don't believe that President Trump intends to deport all aliens. There are, as far as I know, four classes of aliens.
1) Lawful resident aliens. As long as they continue to abide within the terms of their visa. They will be allowed to stay.
2) Unlawful resident aliens - visa overstays or failure to abide with the terms of their visa.
3) Legal alien immigrants. They have nothing to worry about.
4) Illegal alien immigrants. Whatever President Trump chooses to do, will require the legislative action by Congress.

How I would do it.
_Congress must deny the use of any taxpayer funding for food, shelter and governmental benefits to any and all illegal aliens who are not actively self-deporting for any purpose other than deportation or life sustaining emergency care.

_Should states choose to use state tax dollars to aid the continued illegal presence in the US. Equal amounts should be denied in federal funds doled out to states.

_States that refuse to cooperate with deportation measures and immigration enforcement, should forfeit all federal funds for law enforcement.

_Law should be passed to criminalize illegal entry into the US. It is currently a civil infraction. The imprisonment should double on each repeat violation.

_Anchor babies born to non-US citizens in the US illegally should be granted legal status. However, the parents of those anchor babies should be given a choice.
1) Self-deportation and the child must leave the country with them. The child is able to return legally to the US upon their 18th birthday or upon finding a sponsor legally in the US.
2) Self-deportation, but the child may remain as a ward of the state and parental rights are forfeit. Or if lawful resident aliens agree to care for the child in loco parentis.

_Employers should be required to exercise due diligence in all hiring decisions. Taking reasonable efforts to determine if an employment candidate is in the US legally and allowed gainful employment. Employers who wailfully disregard the law should face criminal charges and substantial fines for each illegally employed worker.

_US Citizens who aid and abet unlawful alien residency and/or illegal entry, should face stiff criminal and laws with penalties that include imprisonment and substantial fines.

_Legal immigrants not yet naturalized and lawful resident aliens who aid and abet unlawful alien residency and/or illegal entry, should face stiff criminal and laws with penalties that include imprisonment and substantial fines, plus immediate deportation upon release from prison.

_Willful unlawful residence in the US should be a permanent bar to further entry into the US.

_Illegal entry into the US should be a bar to further entry into the US. Repeat offenders should forfeit any and all real property and financial assets located within the US.

_Mass forced detention centers won't work. The problem is too huge. We must decriminalize the sin felonies (drug abuse, drug distribution, etc.) Prisoners (citizen or illegal alien) convicted of violence should be consolidated into the prisons containing only violent offenders. The prison space freed up should be used as detention centers for illegal aliens awaiting deportation. Minor children who accompany their parents illegally entering the US should be placed in foster care until deportation proceedings against the parents are complete. If the deportation hearing goes against the parents, the children should be re-united with their parents and deported together. Any appeals must be conducted from outside the US.

_Upon the passing of the above legislation, illegal aliens and unlawful residents should have a set date to self-identify themselves to local, state, or federal law enforcement AND their employers. Those who self-identify should be given 1 year to get their affairs in order and self deport. During this 1-year period, employers may petition the government for work visas. Barring any felony level conviction, approval of employer request should be automatically approved. Once employment is terminated, the employees granted this one-time offer must self-deport or find another employer sponsor within 6 months. This should be a one-time opportunity, never to be offered again, people who cannot prove that they have resided in and been employed prior to enactment should be ineligible employer sponsorship under this law.
