Still looking for any info on the patch. WWII era of later may be a souvenir type of patch not sure. Any help would be welcome.

I thank you in advance. My Father-in-law who served 56-58 Army "NIKE MISSILES" collected these patches from his older brothers after returning from service. I have identified all others but, no luck with this one.

I've looked and looked, when you first posted about the patch, so I'm thinking as when I was on the DMZ Korea 1973, some squads and platoons had patches made to wear on their custom jackets, the jackets mostly had a large dragon on the back, or a map of Korea outlining the DMZ.
When I look at the patch, it seems the location identifying is northern Africa, and not an official military patch.
But I'll keep looking.

Thanks brother Carl, most of the older brothers are passed, the 93 year old didn't know it Bob's Mother Mini would take a set off there uniforms as they returned home and save them for there younger brother Bob, which is how he gained this collection which he has saved all these years.

SSG Michael Noll - Love the history of how the patches came about, just like my sea shell collection, every shell has a story of location and time.
