Are Active Duty Army Systems and Procedures Harming Reserve Component Readiness?

I had no issues mainly because I worked fulltime for the Guard. The traditional Guardsmen had lots of issues with passwords. GCSS- Army extended the expiration date because the 30 days was not enough time. A Guardsman might drill the first part of one month but they drill the end of the next month so their account was locked.
