Leadership is employed in many varied circumstances coupled with attributes of who we are. Which type of style do you practice and why? Weigh in RP family.

I have used all of those. You must have the ability to use multiple styles. The hard part though is knowing the right time to use them.

What day is it? What time is it?
A good leader uses ALL of those - or at least SHOULD use all of those techniques to lead. There are times when the democratic style is warranted - and times when the commanding style is demanded. A good leader will know what style to use and when to use them.

As an aside, servant leadership is a separate model from the one posted. The model posted is from a book by Daniel Goleman (and others) called Primal Leadership whereas servant leadership is a model by Robert Greenleaf. These are details that you probably really don't need....
