Lt Col Charlie Brown I had no idea I had a sleep problem, I just woke up everyday exhausted. Get a sleep study. It saved my life.

LTC David Brown I too self-treated for allergies. An ENT MD gave me a Olopatadine nasal spray to quell the nitely dripping.

After another CT scan, another ENT is going to remove a maxillary polyp. I am hoping for the same improvement as when it’s mate was removed years ago.

Maybe this is why my husband is always tired (?). I’ve suggested he do a sleep study but so far (21 yrs and counting - lol) he has not.

Are the CPAP machines loud? Meaning would one keep the other person awake?

Jenn Moynihan - my husband went on one about five years ago. It was great. Very soothing sound...almost like white noise and the wearer doesn't snore.

Always have- if I wake up I can't shut my mind down. I have tried several techniques and none really shut off the brain.
