Lavar Ball is an idiot plain and simple. He should be grateful his son isn't rotting in a Chinese jail. He doesn't have to kiss trump but thank him for helping out his stupid thieving kid

Trump's big mistake was intervening in the first place. He used a lot of political capital on a minor crime. It would have been better to leave them in jail. They would have learned something from it and LaVar Ball would have learned the limits of his influence in China.

Yes many decades and we are the ones to suffer the people. While we vote these politicians in office they continue to break promises. I know some may disagree because of their allegiance to a particular party however my opinion is it doesn’t matter which party unfortunately we get the same thing served to us just with different ingredients.

Things would have been totally different had this been Bernie Sanders or Hillary Clinton as president getting these three spoiled brats out of jail. I suspect these kids have stolen before... But in China, you get caught! Good thing it wasn't Singapore, I suspect all three would have been caned and would have permanent scars they can show their fraternity brothers that they got from the Singapore police.

Trump has weighed in on the typically biased CNN interview with LaVar Ball after "Ball remained steadfast in his refusal to offer Trump any appreciation for whatever role the president may have played in helping get his son and two other UCLA freshmen out of trouble in China. LiAngelo Ball, Cody Riley and Jalen Hill were arrested in China when they were caught shoplifting from a Louis Vuitton store."
The apple may well have not fallen too far form the tree in the case of LiAngelo Ball.

The father should be mad at his son and not at president Trump for getting him out of jail. These kids have so much money access to sports cars and his brothers in the NBA. I just hope that all three are now blackballed and kicked out of the basketball team and that their careers are over. It is an international incident. But these jerks would be really happy if it would have been Hillary Clinton getting them out of jail. They just hate president Trump plain and simple. No matter what he does, they don't appreciate it and they hate him. If I were to Dad, I'll be mad at my son because I know my son will no longer have a chance in college or professional sports because of the international incident that they were responsible for. The Chinese didn't do this, those three idiots did. I wonder how many times they have been shoplifting at home and never got caught? With the money they have, they should have just paid for it and what are the whole situation! The father has to admit to himself that his son is a thief.
