Gonna throw the bull shit flag on this one. I already got about a $80 increase in each check. If you don't like those crumbs- I will take yours. The issue is not the tax cut but the zero restriction on spending. Liberals love other people's money and tell everyone else how it should be spent. Meh. I think people should work for what they get- get to keep what they earn- and if they are not working they don't get.

That is what your family is for- I have taken care of my mom and my in-laws at times. Hope my kids do for me, but I have also worked my ass off to ensure they don't have to. Before someone gets bent out of shape- was from a fairly lower middle income family, joined the military, and put myself through school with zero student loans. I was a single parent with full custody and got very little child support. I know- white privilege right. Can't be the result of hard work and LOTS of sacrifices. I will rebut this with the wonderful free fall spending spree known as Obamacare- which should be re-named the Unaffordable Care Act. My premiums have gone up about $50 each year since it was passed. Thank gosh those that don't have insurance can crush my earnings so well.

Strongly agree that those working will see something. Life is good. I have seen people with no job say that they did not get anything from tax cut. Dah... I wonder why they saw nothing from the tax cut?!?!

Yes the zero restrictions on spending which isn't just a Liberal problem but also a Conservative problem. Note we haven't seen any real push on fiscal spending under a Republican government either. Government in general just spends money on whatever the priority at the moment might be; for Dems it's domestic programs, for GOP it's defense programs.
The Tax Bill wasn't designed to generate government revenue. The Omnibus Bill wasn't designed to balance the budget. So lets stop pretending the spending other people's money is a Liberal problem; today's Conservative party has no problem with spending other people's money either.
One more thing, yes folks are going to enjoy whatever sized increase to their paycheck but considering it's a short term deal not guaranteed to be renewed then I guess we haven't addressed the real economic problem for the low and mid income Americans living paycheck to paycheck hoping businesses will actually raise wages and not one time bonuses for select few and not just increasing minimum wage by a $1. In a capitalist society there will always be a poor class, middle class, and wealthy class. I'm just tired of the middle class footing the bill so the wealthy class can enjoy the tax cuts.

All of the clients i’ve handled have realized substantial pay increases. Before you wave the BS flag, the firm’s CPAs do projections for next year so our clients are prepared.
