I would like to hear from an attorney the legal basis for revealing Mr. Hannity's professional relationship with Attorney Cohen. If neither Mr. Hannity, or Attorney Cohen revealed it, it appears to me that someone connected with the investigation leaked it. Are such leaks legal, and if not, when will we see proper investigation, indictment, conviction, and punishment for leaking information?

I believe Cohen's folks were seeking a restraining order against anyone viewing the seized material. It was denied today, because that right supposedly only applies to a subpoena and not a search warrant. Prior to ruling, the Judge asked for his basis. He told her he had many clients, so she asked for a list of them. His team answered that there were actually only 10, but only named three. POTUS, a RNC contributor named Elliot Broidy, and one they wished not to name. She made them provide the third name. How it got in the public is anyone's guess. It was an open courtroom and many had access, so there was likely a race to the door to leak it. This is based on limited knowledge from various media sources. If I have mistakenly portrayed it, I stand corrected and apologize for any confusion. I'd add that it does not implicate Hannity with anything. With all the firings at Fox over sexual misconduct, he may have just sought advice from Cohen, or most anything.

Maj John Bell - All the more reason I believe folks should stop jumping to conclusions with the piecemeal of information from all these different investigations and cases. I presume to trust a judge to only admit information is pertinent to the case based on privileged information that has been shared between both attorneys and the judge.

Rachel Maddow did a good piece on it this evening. If you don't like Rachel, skip ahead to the 11:00 minute mark where she relates the court transcripts. Of note is the argument from Mr. Balin; an attorney representing the press and public interest.

MSgt Steve Sweeney - Thanks. That is how one should report information. The transcripts are indeed revealing the lack of legal defense by the defense attorneys.

Judge Kimba Wood continues in the tradition of Susan Rice and Samantha Power.

The Judge should show UNDER THE LAW what purpose there was to reveal the client that was NOT connected to the Mueller Probe or criminal proceedings against Cohen.
Judge Kimba Wood had no reason to unmask that name publically other than to make headlines for the liberal media.

When you think about it Judge Kimba Wood is the one that violated Attorney-Client Privilege and should be brought before the Bar to justify her actions.

Should the law be used to conceal identities? Why would it be used for that purpose? Why would the fact that Cohen represents Hannity require concealment? To protect him from what... people knowing who his lawyer is? Is that a matter of national security?
