"On January 18, 1941, born on this day, David Ruffin, vocals, The Temptations, (1971 US No.1 & UK No. 8 single 'Just My Imagination' and re-issued 'My Girl' UK No.2 in 1992, solo, 1975 US No.9 & UK No.10 single 'Walk Away From Love'). Ruffin died of a drug overdose on 1st June 1991."
