That is bizarre news my friend CMSgt (Join to see) that a Dallas, Texas court has ruled that Jeffrey Younger is forbidden from dressing [his 7-year-old son James] as a boy or from sharing faith-based or biologically-based scientific teachings on sexuality.
"A jury in Dallas, Texas, decided Monday against a father seeking to block his ex-wife’s plan to start their seven-year-old son on puberty blockers and ultimately cross-sex hormones in order to facilitate gender transition.
The jury decided James’ mother, Dr. Anne Georgulas, a pediatrician, has full authority to continue to “transition” James who is being renamed “Luna,” reported LifeSiteNews.
According to the report, a consensus of 11 of 12 jurors decided the current joint managing conservatorship over the twin sons of Georgulas and the boys’ father, Jeffrey Younger, should be replaced by sole managing conservatorship by Georgulas.
The battle between Younger and Georgulas intensified last year when James’ mother threatened Younger with a child abuse charge because he would not affirm their son is a transgender child.
Georgulas petitioned to modify the parent-child relationship while referring to James as a “gender expansive or transgender child” who “by choice, now goes by the name Luna.”
James’ mother sought to terminate Younger’s parental rights because James behaved as a boy when he was with his father. Georgulas also wanted Younger to pay for their son’s counseling with a therapist who will affirm his transgender identity and his need for transgender hormonal treatments, which may begin at age eight.
Georgulas had diagnosed James with “gender dysphoria,” a psychological disorder that is characterized by a child’s “persistent, consistent, and insistent” assertion of “their cross-gender statements and behaviors.”
However, when James has been with his father, he reportedly acts and behaves as a boy by his own choice.
The court prohibited Younger from dressing him as a boy or from sharing faith-based or biologically-based scientific teachings on sexuality, even though family friends who have observed James when he is in his father’s care reportedly affirm he dresses and behaves as a boy by his own choosing.
James’ “transition therapist” reportedly continued to identify him as “Luna” and to place him on track for gender transition.
According to the Texan, Younger and Georgulas were married in 2010 and decided to have children through in vitro fertilization (IVF)."

My son’s former neighbor had a son with obvious identification issues at the age of 7. I wonder where/what the boy/? is now?

The strange Army class I had to go through was one disgusting gender markers. When a soldier is transitioning from a male to a female and the gender marker is changed at HRC. What was discussed was what is a female have their gender marker change to a male but they didn't have all the plumbing removed and the now male Soldier becomes pregnant. This was one of those mandatory classes I had to take a couple years ago. Having a gay Soldier male or female I guess is okay as long as the male Soldier knows not to check out my six. Also, gay soldiers can't make jokes among themselves because I may get offended just like male soldiers can't make misogynist or anti-female lewd jokes anymore. This is strange and when can a seven-year-old make adult decisions and who's paying for all these drugs? Is this another perk for illegal aliens? This is a bizarre politically correct and crazy situation. It must be a California Court. I will have to read the article now

There is no way that a 7 year old is able to decide his or her sexuality at that age, I feel this is a dangerous precedent. I believe if you are gay etc that is your business just don’t make it mine nor force it down my throat as normal. I can respect you and work with you as long as you don’t allow your sexual orientation to hinder the mission or cause conflict in the command, but his mother and especially her being a pediatrician should know that kids flip flop with ideas constantly and to think little Johnny says mom I feel like a girl sometimes should he immediately have his sexuality changed, so what happens when this child becomes a teenager and is attracted to females will the child then be a Lesbian?!! This is getting into Gods pay grade and we need to slow WAY DOWN!! on this stuff. Heck it’s hard enough going through teenage years let alone dealing with am I a boy or girl. Just saying
