I just contacted the Supreme Court and requested that in light of their ruling in Florida in the 2000 election [Florida made significant progress in correcting their processes and establishing uniform standards throughout the state] they investigate the processes of the states which significantly changed their rules this summer. Many sent ballots to each registered voter or resident in the state. Sadly most did not develop processes to sufficiently process the ballots and several did not ensure the districts used uniform processes to deal with errors - some sent the ballots back to be corrected while others ensured the ballot was excluded from the count.



My wife, her mother and I each voted for President Trump/ Vice President Pence be reelected.
1. I grew up in southeast PA and I am disheartened by what transpired in that state and other states which decided to mass mail ballots and didn't work through the processes to tabulate them consistently [weed out duplicates, eliminate the dead casting votes [not many, hopefully].
2. The Supreme Court ruled in the 2000 Florida Federal election and Florida has made significant progress in improving the voting process.
3. I request you investigate the states which employed different standards in treating ballots with errors - from not using them in districts and sending them back to the voter in others, etc.
