I dislike the comments relating to Iwo Jima, but lets get real for a minute. Why should anyone even care what she says about anything?

I might actually agree with her if the context was what MAJ Ken Landgren said where it is akin to "War is Hell!".
However, that wasn't it.
"The days when Iwo Jima, uh, unfortunately happened and set a record for, uh, hate to say - human evil is capable of, so that's something to remember. Especially, actually, in advance of Holocaust Remembrance Day which is coming up and just so many moments for us to think about what human beings are capable of, uh, and how we can turn, turn the tide and turn the trajectory to make sure we are building better for the next generation."
So with barely a pause in breath, she compares the fighting between American and Japanese Soldiers in Iwo Jima with 'especially' the Holocaust.
However, that wasn't it.

Typical Muslim thought...they also said somebody did something on 9/11. The American Muslim population left thier countries because of oppression and the lifestyle and wanted a better life but they are reverting back to the ways in which they left and trying to make it fit into Americas free culture. If she wants to talk human evil lets bring up Muslim evil...chop chop square, beheadings of "Christian" Infidels, mutilating little girls, stoning to death women who were raped becasue it was "their fault" and so on and so on. Comparing the holocaust to Iwo Jima is lucdacris.

- Iwo Jima 36 days 7000 Marines killed in battle securing an island pivotal in winning WWII and saving many other lives!

She was born in the United States. She has a double BA with honors from Yale and a dual JD/MPP from Georgetown. Her father was a surgeon who was one of the first to treat victims of 9/11 in Alexandria, VA. She has as much right to run for office and speak out as you do.

If she wants to talk about real hate she should start with how Islam treats women in their home countries. Some self reflection might be good for her.
