"Cemeteries should be places for reflection and respect, not public virtue signaling"

Completely agree. There should only be the flag of the United States up there. I can see an argument to fly other "official" flags such as the one for the State the cemetery is located in, a Department of Defense flag or a Veterans Administration flag.

I don't remember something being flown in May to celebrate law enforcement. Where was the Blue Lives Matter flag? What flag does the VA want to fly during March for Women's History month, the "Thin Pink Line" one?

What about religious flags? I saw a comment that there are LGBTQ+ servicemembers that fought and died for this country and they should have the flag there. Well, I bet a much larger majority were Christians, Muslim, Jewish or another faith.

None of the "non-official" flags belong.

Zero Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, Coast Guardsmen, and Marines died for the 'pride' flag. They fought and died under the then stars and stripes of the National Ensign. Period. End of story.

LTC Trent Klug - If someone wants t fly that flag at any other cemetary I won't like it but that is their right. At a federal cemetary we have black, white, asian american, latino, catholic, baptist, methodist, atheist, and any other group you can think of and the only thing we have truly in common is that we all raised our hands for our nation and served under tand defended that one flag. That is the only flag that should be flown over a federal veterans cemetary!

There is absolutely no reason for any flag to be flown in a cemetery other than our national flag. Unofficial, non-sanctioned installment of any flag other than our national ensign should be banned.
The fact that this has to be mentioned at all shows the irreverence of the pride movement. They can't get the living to buy into their delusion, so the dead give no argument. It's completely pathetic.
