This is a Canadian news source. Canada is the biggest trading partner in 38 of the 50 states. So when you have a President ruining the economy with spikes in deficit spending (He lies when he said he lowered the deficit) and interest rates from severe overspending, extra rules and regulations had tried to kill the fossil view industry, It affects Canada as well. Canada has had to raise interest rates as well. When we get a cold, Canada gets pneumonia.

Just let me say up front that this disappears when the time comes to actually sign it by Biden. The so-called Republicans in the Congress will cave to progressive demands and skyrocketing spending will continue. $36 trillion in debt will be a reality with the spending habits of this administration.
