We know that many veterans' mental health issues go untreated. According to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, less than 50% of returning veterans in need receive the mental health treatment they need. Offering and expanding access to more treatment options outside of traditional talk therapy that meet the individual needs of veterans will only continue to help improve this number.

We have an organization here in Milwaukee called The Center for Veterans Issues that provides both housing for homeless veterans and counseling for mental health issues

It doesn't matter if you're an officer or enlisted. Many don't want to come forward and admit they have an addiction problem. Class 6 drinking is an addiction problem.

There are alcoholics Anonymous chapters worldwide and on active duty bases.
My sister committed suicide in July of 2015 and i'm sure that alcoholism was a factor.
There are also chapters of Narcotics Anonymous.
The open borders brought in by President Biden has exploded the fentanyl infestation. Human trafficking has exploded. Nobody cares. President Biden does not care , because all he cares about is November.
President Biden still believes that his son died in Iraq and not of cancer at Walter Reed Army Medical Center..
People from all walks of life are overdosing.
