I don't like commenting on things that have such Political baggage to carry. But I read the good Colonel's comment and felt I had to respond. There may be some limited wiggle room for thinking about how much Human activity is impacting Climate Change, but there is none for the Science of it actually changing. I would like to address this simple observation for those who choose to think it isn't any concern.
The US Military has done its own studies, and considers "Climate Change" a National Security Issue. Already reports have shown that most of our Coastal Bases could be lost within thirty to fifty years. Norfolk Naval Base is already planning and adapting for how they think 2040 will look. So is Jacksonville. And they already are trying to figure out how to deal with climate Migration - which is already happening. In their Reports they suggest that 4o to 50 Million people may be on the March (within our own borders) within two decades. These people are not Liberals, Eco Freaks, or Republicans, they are analysis's looking at the Data and trying to develop strategies to cope with those scenarios. Remember the weather you see outside every day is not Climate change...it is the weather. Think of it like walking a dog. You are on a route, but the dog wanders off and sniffs bushes here, wanders to the other side to sniff a tree, and at any moment he might turn a different direction. But you are holding the leash, and continue on your path, no matter what he might be doing at any given moment. Climate change is the dog walker, weather is the dog.
And yes, I still run my AC, eat steak, and fly, because I am lazy. But I am not unaware that my behavior might have to change drastically. I am more careful with water, and sadly have to filter it too. And I keep my AC at one setting. Maybe little things will help...but maybe not. The brainiacs are my hope.

While we get gilted to go green, to not use our air conditioner, Do not eat meat, to not use natural gas.Do ., China continues to build Coal plants.

I will continue to travel by air, I will continue to use gasoline. I will use my natural gas heater. I will use my air conditioning. I will eat steak as often as I can.

President Biden is also breaking federal law by forcing us to go electric by 2032.

82% of people want choice.

This could also help President Biden lose in November, 2024.
