1. The hush money case is not an illegal hush money case.
2. A state judge cannot prosecute on a federal law that was already past statute of limitations. They can't upgrade it to a felony. Michael Vohen had a worse felony ( stealing $60k From Trump's campaign but that is also out of statue limitations.) Is the accounting error is a misdemeter and not a felony. Michael cohen was proven to be a liar even in this case Especially with the phone call that was supposed to be about a fourteen year old harassing him But he claims in 90 seconds.He talked about that to trump's body guard and about Is paying off stormy daniels , which doesn't make any sense Especially with the text messages to back it up.
3. So many things have gone wrong And democrats know their cases is Hopeless.
There are so many other things that The judge is doing wrong and even how they are mis- handling the jurors.
The jurors can hear from Is liar michael cohen but The judge shuts up material.Witnesses who are experts on the Law so jurors are given the wrong perspective.
