If some Joe had wormed his way into a jump for the Hooah of it, and made it... and that was the end of the story, I'd actually be more likely to suggest someone cut him orders to Benning to earn it right and proper. Heck, might be a prospect for higher things. Trouble is, he faked all the other stuff too... and that's just beyond the pale.

He made the mistake most criminals do, he got greedy. He probably could have gotten away with the sniper part but adding more got him caught. I agree all that he did, he needs to be shown the door.
