Applicants won't have to disclose all mental health appointments on new security questionnaires

That is interesting SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL that "intelligence officials have updated background security clearance questionnaires to make clear that seeking professional help won’t disqualify candidates from landing a job."
Since Director of National Intelligence James Clapper is on his way out the door I wonder if these policy changes will continue or be removed.
It seems bizarre that he would disassociate mental health from security background investigation reviews.
