All I know is I am retired military with 22 yrs and I have no dental care benefits. Today, dropped another $1000 and will be spending $2000 in the next month.

No! There was no insurance when I retired. I could use military dentists on a standby preference. However as we moved, we found them limited retirees by an established mileage range. Later with obamacare, dental program costs were too high and we had to pay and then wait for over a year for the benefits to become usuable.

Thanks, I use Humana Veterans Dental so don't need to worry about the change, but sure lots do need it.
