SP5 Jeannie Carle - CAP is the Official Auxiliary of the United States Air Force and has units in all 50 States, plus Washington DC and Puerto Rico plus some overseas locations where US Military are stationed. Civil Air Patrol was established in 1941. The picture here shows some of the CAP Pilots during WWII with the Anti Submarine Coastal Patrol. cAP has an extensive Cadet Training program, a large operation in Air Search and Rescue and Air Force authorized missions in that area plus missions with Homeland Security. That's just the start of the list of things CAP does and continues to do.
