I think it is a really really stupid idea. The process calls for maximizing exposure, which will lead to maximizing infections, which will lead to maximizing deaths. Is this the intent because this will happen. Ok lets say only 30,000,000 will be infected. With a mortality rate of 2%, 600,000 will die. Is that acceptable? If the upper limit of deaths from COVID-19 is 600,000, do we want to ensure that is 600,000 will die? To maximize risk is beyond stupid.
