Thanks SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL for sharing the news that Greenland is calling on Denmark to clean up an abandoned under-ice missile project and other U.S. military installations left to rust in the pristine landscape after the Cold War.
I did not realize that Greenland had been considered a Danish province so long after the Viking age.
It will be interesting if Denmark steps up to the bat and assumes financial responsibility for the cleanup of Camp Century

LTC Stephen F. well said and profoundly conveyed. That is interesting, that Greenland has been considered Danish. Hopefully this will be rectified ASAP to prevent other environmental hazards.
