I wonder if he will get more time then PVT Bergdahl?

That is unsurprising in this day and age TSgt Joe C. that the USMC Drill Instructor who was convicted of hazing the Muslim USMC trainee who was killed got 10 years.
Too bed that Bowe Bergdahl did not get a similar sentence.

Get 10 years for hazing pvt’s but yet a guy who willingly deserts his unit, and has 6 soldiers die search for him, has one MSG mentally incapacitated due to injuries related to that search gets a reduction in rank and a discharge. Sounds completely fair :)
