Biscuitville, Smithville and Cook Out aren't in the areas of the South I travel. I would have to add Popeye's Chicken to the list. There is a regional place mainly in West Virginia called Tudor's Biscuit World that serves a good breakfast.
I never really thought of Waffle House as a Southern chain, although I eat breakfast there frequently. Try a Cheese Steak or Fiesta Omelet.
