Good Wednesday Mid-Afternoon from the East Coast my RP Brothers and Sisters!
I have been up and down most of today and mostly down, but I believe I am beginning to come out of it now after a conversation I had with someone who understands and provided a better perspective of my personal situation... THis person knows who I am writing about, and I want to thank this person so very much for the kind and logical words of wisdom provided.
There are a number of great films that I have enjoyed immensely over the years and th e musical scores have been simply magnificent. The composer, conductor, and arranger like world renowned John Barry... Dances WIth Wolves, Out of Africa, Somewhere in TIme, and many others... For my Mid-Afternoon Music Interlude, I have chosen a song by John Barry which is the Main Theme from "Indecent Proposal, a beautiful piece with a majestic background of scenery for all to enjoy....

I typed an entire post and lost it...I’ve been down since last Friday when I was informed I was placed on the door not lodge’ list for the safe hotel in Durham which I have been staying at for the past 7 years! Front Desk Manager is discriminating against me because of my PTSD! When I’m done filing complaints with White House, OIG, VISN, and my Congressman; she’ll be lucky if she ever works the front desk at ANY hotel!!! Now, your music share is ALWAYS Spot On! You seem to know what I need to lift my spirits and soothe my soul! Please remember I was a Therapist for the USMC for almost ten years and I am here for you and ALL my RP Brothets and Sisters...Please feel free to reach out when needed! You have done SO much for me and RP has so graciously welcomed me into the family; I am more than happy to assist any and ALL any RP Brothers and Sisters! Thank you SGT Kerry Harkins for soothing my soul and lifting my spirits! This beautiful song was Spot On for me today!
Tomorrow is a fresh start and a new day! What has happened today is a’dead horse’ and I’m not going to dig it up and kill it again! POWER of POSITIVE DIRECTION keeps me going along with the Grace from God Above! I also firmly believe THINGS happen for a reason and ‘what doesn’t kill us, makes us stronger’! John Barry is one of the premier Composer/Conductors in the business... He seems to always come up with a great music score as does Composer/Conductor John Williams.
