So we send more troops in hopes of getting to the negotiation table. Coercion works when you have a bigger stick- or you use that stick effectively instead of poking and prodding here and there. Had a lot of years left after this- great read Mark and good morning my friend. Happy Saturday.

I sure agree with what You said about using that big stick instead of poking and prodding. That very well I'm afraid describes what was happening, poking and prodding.
