Thanks for sharing the bittersweet news that the littoral combat ship Coronado is stuck in Singapore for the holidays SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL. The good new sis the ship is operational and the bad news is that in the spate of malfunctions on the LCS ships, being operational means it will most likely be deployed until another LCS vessel is brought up to operations' standards.
In any event I hope that the crew of the Coronado will be able to communicate with loved ones back home over this Christmas season.
Prayers for each ad every soldiers, sailor, marine and airmen deployed this Christmas

I am sure the Navy is compensating them well SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL our boys and gals in blue and gold have some nice perks! It is a shame they are having so many problems with the ship. I was on LCS1 when it docked in Newport and I was quite impressed with it.
