Cpl Vic Burk They are in every Branch of Service & walks of life... 45 just created the atmosphere for them to come out of the closet. IMO!

They did this sort of thing in the 1980's as well if they found out you were a member of an extremist group and there is nothing really "new" about it. I don't understand why some Republicans are calling this "woke" behavior to go looking for this stuff. The Army has always been vigilant about this stuff during the induction/ recruiting process and after being assigned to a unit. It is part of due diligence in my view.

Sons of Confederacy is bad and some chapters definitely have racists in them. I am not sure about Sons of American Revolution. You should ask yourself about the historical groups though, why would anyone attempt to trace their lineage back that far beyond just a personal curiousity item. If they did so to elevate themselves at a social level.....look out.
