That is interesting that the USMC may ne considering armed drones to be guided munitions CW5 Jack Cardwell. In the 1990s the smart bomblets were being designed to blast targets at a much lower cost than a suicide drone would be.
It seems somebody at USMC requirements may be envying the Japanese kamikaze or worse yet Islamic suicide bombers
