Cpl (Join to see) - Not quite sure what your saying but both the CURFEW and STATE OF EMERGENCY are lawful and if the National Guard had been deployed they would have enforced both via live ammo if necessary.

Sgt (Join to see) - Yeah there are people still posting on Social Media that believe that BLM should be able to attend riots as long as they are there peacefully and that Law Enforcement or National Guard should be able to differentiate between a peaceful protestor or rioter in a crowd. I keep telling them over and over again. THAT IS NOT HOW THE LAW WORKS. If your at a riot and protesting your a rioter regardless of what your doing at the moment and can be legally charged with rioting. Just the act of being at a riot is rioting and participating with the mob. Unbelievable todays entitled youth do not understand that but then you have liberal politicians like Karmala Harris blurring the lines in political speeches.

State nor Federal law supercedes the US Constitution or the Bill of Rights. We are not in a state of martial law. A violation of curfew is a different thing. I misunderstood your comment. I thought you were talking about Rittenhouse breaking the law not the rioters.
