Thanks for sharing the basics of the DoD Disability Process and VA Disability Process SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL. Yes like most bureaucracies, the VBA has some efficient and competent personnel and many who are somewhat competent and efficient.
I would be surprised if the percentage of mistakes is as low as 25% to be honest.
I hope that the VBA will become much more efficient and competent in the next year for the sake of each and every one of the veterans .
