Interesting and heartwarming SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL that a mother would stand up for her high-school daughter in DoD schools in this day and age. DoD schools have been in the forefront of the nation's social experimentation for a long time in gender blurring and redefinition most recently.
"Under Title IX, discrimination on the basis of sex can include sexual harassment or sexual violence."
Since gender has been blurred and in some cases people are claiming to be asexual, I think that DoD Education administration will not pursue a Title IV case since that would be very difficult.
While this incident was bizarre on many levels - pissing in a bottle in class for instance - I am thankful it was not a case of sexual or any other type of assault and battery.

There is no excuse for that kind of behavior. It may seem minor now but if not checked now it grows into a major sexual deviant. I hope the boy's parents took it serious enough to teach him real values and the right way to treat women.
